Onboarding The Village

Specialised medical clinics were delaying "Go-Live" dates by months due to the perceived complexity of data migration. Onboarding a medical clinic isn't a single-user task-it involves surgeons, admins, and IT staff. The client faced a high "churn-before-launch" rate because the setup felt like a second full-time job. Staff were overwhelmed by the "Blank Dashboard" and the fear of mishandling sensitive patient data during migration.

We replaced the generic "User Tour" with Modular Implementation Tracks. Upon login, the system identifies the user's role and serves only the 3 most critical tasks for that person. We also built a "Simulated Environment" where staff could practice booking appointments with dummy data to build confidence before the official data

Zero manual training sessions required post-launch.
